Greetings Beloved, Here is some information about the great Herbal Healer Dr Sebi and his legacy.
SHORT INTRODUCTION
Dr Sebi promotes and teaches about a way of healing that is based on the knowledge that most diseases come from too much mucus and acidity in the body, which causes the membranes, that are attached to the different bodily functions we have, to function improperly, combined with the lack of vital minerals and vitamins, causing all different kinds of diseases.
We can heal our self once this physical state is reversed. That is the mucus being rid of, the body being in an alkaline state (ph above 7) and fully nourished with the proper minerals and vitamins.
HYBRIDS vs NON HYBRIDS
Dr Sebi recommends to only eat Non Hybrid foods and herbs, hybrids have an incomplete molecular structure creating physical imbalance, and also hybrids usually are high in starch and acidic. Two things we are trying to get rid of as starch causes mucus build up.
Unfortunately most of the food we eat is either hybrid or acidic so this doesn’t leave us much to eat anymore nowadays.
The Dr Sebi food list isn’t very long therefore, but we can still prepare some wonderful tasting meals with lots of variety.
When we are seriously ill and trying to get well with this method, we suggest keeping these strict dietary recommendations.
SAME FOR EVERYONE
The recommendations for healing are mostly the same for everyone, the recommended herbs might vary for certain diseases but it’s basically the same recipe so to say, and is all about getting rid of mucus and acidity and supplementing with herbs. Also it doesn’t matter what race we have, all can benefit from this method. But African people in particular because they are less tolerant for to European eating habits, compared to eating habits before the european slave trade and therefore more likely to get a disease and imbalance.

It costs about 200 dollars per month to maintain the recommended doses for basic use (Viento, Bio Ferro and bromide powder), and if you’re seriously ill with cancer or aids it might go up to about 300 dollars a month or more. We definitely recommend buying the herbs at these places because they have the compounds that Dr. Sebi and his ex wife Maá created through more then 40 years of experience and also know where to get the best quality herbs. Unforunatly many of us are not able to afford this, but there are ways to get the herbs cheaper by buying them in bulk and preparing the compounds our self. It is not as if we are combining dangerous chemicals, so real danger is minimal, but we must still be cautious of certain herbs because misuse can have some negative affects. So only do this with assistance from a source that has basic knowledge of the herbs being used.
